Insane X (High Intensity)

Insane X is a HIIT CLASS! HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training- meaning lots of exercise and minimal rest periods. Class participants will perform a series exercises (usually bodyweight exercises-no equipment) together in a circuit. A typical example is a circuit of 5 exercises- 30 seconds work:10 seconds rest on each exercise. Your strength, agility, core and endurance will be challenged and you will actually still be burning calories long after the session ends due to the high intensity! Its awesome fun!
